Choosing the Right Courthouse
In Ontario, you typically start your family law case in the county or district where you or your children ordinarily reside. If you live in York Region, your case will generally be heard at the Newmarket Courthouse. If you live in Durham Region, your case will generally be at the Durham Region Courthouse in Oshawa. Anna Boulman practices at both.
